Providing detailed information and specific questions will help solve problems quickly, facilitate spare parts ordering and ensure that the correct parts are supplied. Before contacting customer service, make a note of the following information.

Machine Information

The following information should be supplied with all queries and orders:

  • Type
  • Control No.
  • Order (Machine) No.

Fault Information

Additional information is required in the case of a fault:

  • Alarm Number with description
  • Description of the events
    • What happened
    • When it happened
    • Presumed cause
  • Alarm log file

Spare Parts Information

Additional information for spare part orders:

  • Number of duty cycles
  • 8 digit HELLER item number from Wear Parts List. In the case of production parts, this number is stamped into the part itself.
