Lubrication System

Central lubrication

The lubrication system uses one type of oil (Lubrication oil ISO-L-CKC 68 acc. to ISO 6743-6 and ISO 3448) from two tanks. Automatic lubrication supplies all moving parts of the machine. Every time the machine is switched on and at pre-set intervals lubrication cycles are initiated. The correct supply to all lubricating points is monitored by pressure switches. In addition to the pressure monitoring of the lubricating systems, a malfunction message appears when a critical filling level drops in the storage tanks for the lubricants.

The Lubrication System consists of Six (6) different lubrication branches within the entire lube circuit of the machine; each branch of which consists of an additional distribution block or blocks used to separate the incoming fluid into multiple lines. Each line is then connected to one lubrication point. Each lubrication branch is listed below with their respective individual lube lines/points:

  • (2) Chain
  • (1) Guide frame down

Machine table swivel axis:

  • (1) Spindle nut
  • (4) Roller for runner block
