Lubrication SystemCentral lubrication The lubrication system uses one type of oil (Lubrication oil ISO-L-CKC 68 acc. to ISO 6743-6 and ISO 3448) from two tanks. Automatic lubrication supplies all moving parts of the machine. Every time the machine is switched on and at pre-set intervals lubrication cycles are initiated. The correct supply to all lubricating points is monitored by pressure switches. In addition to the pressure monitoring of the lubricating systems, a malfunction message appears when a critical filling level drops in the storage tanks for the lubricants. The Lubrication System consists of Six (6) different lubrication branches within the entire lube circuit of the machine; each branch of which consists of an additional distribution block or blocks used to separate the incoming fluid into multiple lines.
