9. Isopropyl Alcohol

Step 1: ECPL

Step 2: Unlock Maint. Opening / Remove Panel

Step 3: Disconnect Motor Connections / Attach Lift Assist

Step 4: Remove Motor

Step 5: Remove Lube Line from Bearing

Step 6:Remove Fasteners from Bearing

Step 7:Open Maintenance Door

Step 8: Remove Lube Line from Ballnut

Step 9: Remove Fasteners from Ballnut

Step 10: Insert Jack Screws

Step 11: Remove Ballscrew

Step 12: Move Column

Step 13: Remove / Install New Needle Bearing

Step 14: Measure Coupling

Step 15:Lubricate Bearing

Step 16: Install Bearing

Step 17: Install Locknut / Coupling

Step 18: Install Inner Race

Step 19: Install Insert

Step 20: Move Column

Step 21: Clean Bearing Mounting Surface

Step 22: Clean Ballnut Mounting Surface

Step 23: Install Ballscrew

Step 24: Install Fasteners into Bearing

Step 25: Install Lube Line into Bearing

Step 26: Install Fasteners into Ballnut

Step 27: Install Lube Line into Ballnut

Step 28: Clean Mounting Surface

Step 29: Install Motor / Torque

Step 30: Remove Lift Assist / Install Motor Connections

Step 31: Install Panel / Lock Maint. Opening

Step 32: Close Maintenance Door

Step 33: ECPL

Step 34: Activate Lubrication and Run-in
