Power ProceduresStep 1:Set the Main Switch on the control cabinet for the central supply and control to "ON". The control system (Channel 1, 2) starts up and responds on the main operator panel after approx. 2 minutes.
Step 2:Acknowledge Alarms Alarms or stop reactions may, under certain circumstances, be output after run-up, e.g. if
The alarms and messages are displayed cyclically in the screen header. No NC program can be started while one or more NC alarms are present. Step 3:Correct the causes of the alarm messages.
The required individual functions (HMI screens) can be called up in the "Hand functions" function area. For more details on manual clamping of the fixture, see: "Workpiece change" For more details on the manual test stop, see: "Manual brake test and test stop" Step 4:Press the Reset key. The corresponding lamp goes out. A reset in Channel 1 is active only if Channel 2 (magazine control) has Stop status. After pressing the Data menu key and selecting the "Diagnostics" menu, you can call-up various alarm logs and messages using the horizontal softkey. Step 5:After run-up, alarm messages may occur under certain conditions, e.g. if a safety door is open or a power supply is not yet available.
Correct the causes of the alarm messages Press the Fault Reset on main operator panel. The relevant key lamp extinguishes Step 6:Press the Power ON key. (Machine is switched on)
Step 7:Press the Feed/Spindle Start key.
Before switching on the spindle, refer to Chapter: "Restarting the machine after downtime" Step 8:Turn on Chip transport switch.
Step 1:(Wait until program ends). Switch-off conditions:
Step 2:Select "JOG" NC operating mode. Run cleaning stoke of linear axes. Run all three linear axes consecutively back and forth once over the entire stroke.
Step 3:Press the Power OFF key. (the machine is switched off)
This operating status corresponds to the normal shutdown procedure, (e.g. at shift end and weekend shutdowns etc.). Step 4:Turn off machine at Main Switch. |
