Step 1: ECPL

Step 2: Jog X/Y to center of travel

Step 3: Open Work Area Safety Door

Step 4: Remove Guarding Screws

Step 5: Open Guarding

Step 6: Remove Electric Connection and Air Purge

Step 7: Remove Screws to Measuring System

Step 8: Unscrew Measuring Scale

Step 9: Remove Scale from Machine

Step 10: Make certain mounting surface is clean

Step 11: Replace with New Scale (will have shipping brackets)

Step 12: Install new Scale into machine (align to pins)

Step 13: Screw in Scale

Step 14: Install Screws Back into Measuring System

Step 15: Install Air Purge and Electrical Connection

Step 16: Close Guarding

Step 17: Insert Guarding Screws

Step 18: Close Work Area Safety Door
